Dispatch

Orders paid by card are prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. EFT orders are dispatched within 2 business days of the payment reflecting and being matched to your reference. Pre-orders are dispatched in the order they were reserved, from the release of the print run; you receive an email when your copy ships.

Destinations and estimates

• South Africa — major metros: 2–4 business days by courier, door to door, with tracking.
• South Africa — regional and outlying: 3–7 business days.
• Rest of Africa: 7–15 business days, depending on customs.
• United Kingdom, Europe and North America: 10–21 business days.
• Rest of world: 14–28 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and quantity, and is shown before you confirm. Multiple copies in one order ship together at a reduced per-copy rate. Prices for the book itself are ZAR 430 per signed first edition.

Duties, taxes and customs

International parcels may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees in the destination country. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are payable by you. Books are frequently zero-rated, but we cannot guarantee treatment in any particular jurisdiction. Parcels refused at customs and returned to us are refunded less the outbound and return shipping.

Tracking and delivery

• A tracking number is emailed the day your copy leaves us.
• Couriers deliver during business hours and may require a signature.
• We ship to residential and business addresses; we cannot ship to PO boxes internationally.
• Tell us within 30 days if a parcel has not arrived and we will trace it, then replace or refund.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting. If you spot an error, email mmereki@gmail.com with your payment reference immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Re-delivery caused by an incorrect address is charged at cost.
